“To the leadership of this organization, You have a star in your organization. Jennifer Bochis is the BEST. She is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy her clients. I was a first time home buyer. Jen literally walked with me through this process of home ownership. She was so patient with me. I asked her so many crazy question and she answered everyone them. She was never condescending or had any attitude in any of our many conversations. "EXAMPLE" I wanted this home so bad, I told Jen to lets get it. She said Carlos, This is not the right house for you. I was so upset that I did not want to look at any other houses. I'm form another state and because Jen did not let me purchase that home, I ended up purchasing my dream home. All thanks to her. Jen is so professional and Courteous in the way she approaches her job. She did not let me make probably one of the biggest mistake of my life. . Just to make a sale. If you want a realtor who is going to fight for you, show you exactly what you’re looking for, and take every detail to account then look no further! Jenn was a delight to work with, she showed us multiple properties and added some additional homes in Saint Johns that blew us away! At the end of the day, Jenn went to bat for us with the listing and got us a fantastic deal in Rivertown, and this wasn’t even the best part. When some minor issues arrived with the inspection of our home, Jenn was there every step of the way providing us with videos, receipts, contact information for contractors you name it. She went above and beyond to secure us our dream home and ensure we closed on time. Lastly, even after closing we discovered the previous owner left behind an item that we had to dispose of, Jenn offered to locate waste removal for us which was truly above and beyond.
